nakatanggap ng ulat na ikaw ay diumano ay lumabag sa patakaran ng

of his employer or representative in connection with his
work."

Sa kadahilanang ito, ikaw ay inaatasang magsumite o magpasa ng iyong


sagot (answer) sa loob ng (5) araw mula sa pakakatanggap mo ng sagot
na naglalaman ng iyong paliwanag kung bakit ka hindi dapat patawan ng
aksiyong pandisiplina.

Kapag nagbigo ka sa pagsumite o pagpasa ng iyong paliwanag/ answer na


sagot o paliwanag, ituturing naming ito na pagpaubaya ng iyong karapatan
upang ipaliwanag or idepensa ang iyong sarili sa isyu, at ito ay magiging
sanhi ng iyong pag kakaterminate ng iyong employment sa trabaho.

Ang iyong buong pansin at atensyon sa bagay na ito ay kinakailangan.
