2. I prepared and printed all the assessment materials prior to the assessment session.
During assessment:

actual test items.
5. I recorded the time it took for the student to complete each test.
6. I noted down observations about the child and his/her responses during assessment.

the recording to check the accuracy of the marks I made during assessment.
