event, you won’t get much engagement on social media again. So the best
way to obtain the engagement would be via little questionnaires as they
are leaving. After the event, the only way engagement will happen is via
people talking about it and newspapers and magazines writing about the
event.

2.For a gaming event, the best way to promote it would be via social media.
You can do this by posting ads using user data to figure out the age range
and target the ads more towards them instead of an older generation who
will not really care about a gaming convention. You can also get famous
influencers to mention it meaning that it’ll be spread to a whole range of
people. At the event, there will be a lot of social media engagement. This
will be by people filming the event for their own social media spreading the
event around even more. This will also help find out if the event was a
success or not just based on the amount of attendee engagement. After the

3. For a music festival, you would target an audience in the age range of 18-
25. There’s a really good way that you can engage the audience on the
build-up to the event. This will be by slowly posting the line-up to the event
teasing people on what’s to come in the near future. You can also use CTA
telling people that tickets are in limited supply. This will play on the
audience’s conscience causing them to panic buy the tickets before they
run out. During the event, engagement will be very high as everyone will be
recording the event and show how good the event was to everyone on
their social media. After the event, you will have everyone talking about it
and sending it around to everyone they know to show them how much fun
it was. This will give so much more good exposure and make the festival
even more crowded and popular the next year.
