    Reflection

    1. Motivational Activity
    I will use algebraic Expressions and Equations Card Game Activity or Station
    because students can also play "Memory" individually with themselves.
    These cards are a great way for elementary students to practice matching
    verbal models with algebraic/variable expressions and equations.

    2. Teaching Strategy
    I will employ algebra is a topic that sounds scary to kids, but it can be learned
    even at a young age with enough practice. One way to make that practice
    extra engaging is to use fun games and activities. This can add an element of
    teamwork and healthy competition to the learning process.

    3. Mode of assessment
    I will administer Alternative Assessment approach for student assessment
    with a different form of grading where students are enabled to provide their
    own responses or work by progressive demonstration of material learned
    over a given time period.
