First of all I will explain to the students the meaning of the title of the text and the vocabulary that is in this text. Than I am going to read the text aloud to the students and explain any unknown word. This text talks about a park ranger who is very special because he has been hit by a lightning many times but he has still survived all the hits he has suffered. He gives a detailed description of how he has been hit many times by a lightning in his arm, eyebrows, body etc but he has still many time survived those hits with some minor wounds and he has been many times in the hospital. After reading the text students try to translate it with my help. Then students will complete some of the exercises. In exercise 1 students have to complete the sentences using words from the text.
