Magandang araw mahal na respondente, kami ay mga mag-aaral mula sa Bulacan State

University, Main Campus sa kursong Broadcasting na kasalukuyang nagsasagawa ng pag-aaral na

may layuning maunawaan ang mga kaugalian ng ating mga senior citizen sa paggamit ng midya

at Facebook. Ang pag-aaral na ito ay makatutulong sa pagbuo at pagsusuri ng isang kampanya

ukol sa pag-detect ng fake news sa Facebook sa pakikipagtulungan ng Federation of Senior

Citizens Association of the Philippines (FSCAP) Malolos Chapter.

Ang questionnaire na ito, na inangkop mula sa pag-aaral ni Kustarie (2014), ay gagamitin

lamang para sa layunin ng pananaliksik, at ang inyong sagot ay ita-trato ayon sa Data Privacy Act

of 2012 o Republic Act No. 10173. Ang Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA), ay naglalayon na

Good day, dear respondents, we are students from Bulacan State University, Main Campus,

taking up the Broadcasting program conducting a study with the aim of understanding the media

and Facebook usage habits of our senior citizens. This study will contribute to the production and

evaluation of a campaign focused on detecting fake news on Facebook in partnership with the

Federation of Senior Citizens Association of the Philippines (FSCAP) Malolos Chapter.

This survey, adapted from the study of Kustarie (2014), will solely be employed for

research purposes, and the responses will be handled in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of

2012 or Republic Act No. 10173. The Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA) aims to emphasize an

individual's right to safeguard their private information.
