MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
The Barangay Local Government Unit of Hinapolon (hereinafter referred to as "Barangay
LGU"), represented by RODOLFO A. SABLAMANTE JR. (Punong Barangay), with office
address at Brgy. Hinapolon, Alangalang, Leyte;
and
HINAPOLON PRIMARY SCHOOL, represented by OSCAR D. MATELA JR. (School Head),
with office address at Brgy. Hinapolon, Alangalang, Leyte (hereinafter referred to as "School").

WITNESSETH

WHEREAS, Brgy. LGU of Hinapolon is the governing body of Bgy. Hinapolon, Alangalang,
Leyte, with the authority to manage and administer public assets and resources
within its jurisdiction;

WHEREAS, Hinapolon Primary School is located within Bgy. Hinapolon, Alangalang, Leyte,
committed to providing quality education to its students;

WHEREAS, Brgy. LGU of Hinapolon, recognizing the importance of education and the need for
adequate facilities, is willing to donate a parcel of land with Lot No. 2771
measuring 1000 square meters to Party B for the purpose of constructing new
buildings and other physical facilities;

WHEREAS, the School acknowledges the generosity of Brgy. LGU of Hinapolon and agrees to
accept the donation of the said land for the intended purpose;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises contained herein,
the Parties agree as follows:

1. Brgy. LGU of Hinapolon agrees to donate a parcel of land with Lot No. 2771, measuring
1000 square meters, to the School for the purpose of constructing new buildings and
other physical facilities. The location and boundaries of the donated land are detailed in
the attached land survey plan.

2. The School shall use the donated land solely to construct new buildings and other
physical facilities donated by the government and/or other non-government
organizations. The School shall ensure that the construction and development activities
comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and building codes.
 3. The ownership of the donated land shall be transferred to the School upon signing this
Agreement. The School shall be responsible for the donated land's maintenance, upkeep,
and security.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have executed this Memorandum of Agreement as of the
date first written below.
