BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE

Section 22 of the Revised IRR of RA 10742, as amended
- “there shall be an organization of the Pederasyon ng mga Sangguniang Kabataan [SK] to be known
as:
• Pambayang Pederasyon ng mga SK
Thus the conduct of the mandatory SK Pambayanng Pederasyon is mandated under the provisions of RA
10742 as amended.

OBJECTIVE

1. Elect the new set of officials of the Pambayang Pederasyon ng Sangguniang Kabataan of
Hinundayan
2. Immediately the officials shall take their oath of office.
