The colors used in the RACI chart
correspond to the categories
outlined in the Work Breakdown
Structure, encompassing both
primary and secondary tasks. The
colors we used is the same as
chronological order of color in the
rainbow for easy memorization.
We integrated the RACI chart with
the Communication Plan-Cost
because effective communication
is essential at every stage and
sub-stage of the project, involving
all stakeholders.

We have opted for a simple

summary of our communication
plan for an organized and concise
presentation of the progress of
activities. The Communication
Cost-Plan table is presented side-
by-side the RACI Chart for a clear
distinction of the assigned tasks
among relevant individuals. The
table contains all the necessary
details related to the relay of
information amongst involved
individuals. A simple presentation
containing the medium of
communication, frequency, cost,
and responsible individual is in
significance of providing clarity yet
efficiency to the execution of the
tasks.
