Comments on the schedule and Budget for Bole 4B+ G+22

1. Block work was planned to start on March 1, 2023. However, it is not yet started and the
schedule should revise according the actual condition.
2. Block work should start parallelly other than consequent activity for three floors in one
month in order to get enough time for curing and start plastering.
3. There is mismatch b/n budget and schedule for block work. (In the budget block work
completed up to 16th floor on June 23 where as in the schedule it completes in August
23).
4. We have to make sure that the availability of materials (Rebar and concrete for at least 2
slabs) ahead of schedule in order to achieve casting a slab within 7 days or 4 floor slabs
in a month.
5. For plastering to start on April, we have to start full preparation now. (Selection of
contractor and Contract award, purchase of cement and sand etc).
6. As the schedule of plastering work starts on April, it is not practical to start finishing
work parallelly on April. Thus, the practical start time of finishing work shall be 7 to 10
days after completion of plastering work.
7. On the budget gypsum work starts on May whereas on schedule on April. It should be
corrected and should be the same.
8. There is mismatch b/n Budget and schedule for aluminum door, window and ceiling
work.
9. In the estimated Budget, material need for Bole project, there is no budget for
plastering, gypsum work and Block work.
