1. Requirement
- Keep the existing controller of Genset and MCC200
o DSE7410 control for Genset
o DSE8620 control incomer breakers & synchronize progress.
- Hard wire signal (DI/DO) require to coordinate DSE8620 & DSE7410
o Remote Start Genset
o Genset Ready Auto
o Generator Trip
o ATS Successful
o Fail To Transfer
o Sync Ok & Ready for Coupling
- Hard wire signal (DI/DO) require DSE8620 send to SCADA
o Fail To Transfer
- DSE8620 sends the signal to DSE7410 to start/stop Genset and sends the signal to control Incomer Breakers in MCC200.
- DSE8620 take to control Governor Controller and AVR controller to adjustable speed, voltage, and angle. ( Make sure Genset
supplier agrees with this proposal).
- Preparation to lay 1 cable at least 12 cores from MCC200 to Genset Control panel.
- Preparation to lay 3 cables 2 cores with shield from MCC200 to Governor, AVR Controller, and 1 for spare. (the case Genset
supplier agrees to DSE8620 control Governor and AVR)
- MCC200 additional 2 relays 24VDC (1KB9, 1KB10) for sends signal to DSE7410.
- Genset Panel additional 2 relays 24VDC (K5, K6) for sends signal to DSE8620.
- Modify DSE7410 program ( it should be managed by Genset supplier)
- Modify DSE8620 program follow Control Philosophy.
- Preparation to lay 1 cable 2 cores from MCC200 to CP200 ( fail to transfer sinal to SCADA) (check if the cable available, no
need to laying new)

3. MCC200 - DSE8620 modify drawing

- Additional 2 relays 24VDC (1KB9, 1KB10) for sends the signal to DSE7410.
- GEN100-XA1 ( DI/DO cable 12 cores , using 9 5 cores)
- GEN100-XA2 (cable 2 cores with shield) for Governor.
- GEN100-XA3 (cable 2 cores with shield) for AVR.
- GEN100-XA4 (cable 2 cores with shield) for spare.
- Connect 1 sinal “fail to transfer” from 1KB8 to input %I32.6 to PLC200 (check if the cable available, no need to laying new)
