Welcome to escafe new venture that specializes in serving delicious pancakes and refreshing iced coffee.

We believe that pancakes and iced coffee are perfect companions that complement each other perfectly, and we

are passionate about sharing our love for these two items with the world. We are excited to embark on this

Pancake and Iced coffee are delicious and healthy foods that students, teachers or any other staff in the

school can eat, especially for those who love eating pancakes and drinking coffee. We come up to this business

because we notice that some of the grade 11 and 12 students buy a coffee in the canteen when last time the iced

coffee is available there. That is why we decided to sell the iced coffee again and to become more unique we

decided to pair it with pancakes to become another favorite food.

Our vision is to become the go-to destination for pancake lovers and iced coffee enthusiasts. We aim to

create a warm and inviting atmosphere where customers can indulge in delicious pancakes and enjoy refreshing

iced coffee beverages.

MISSION

Our mission is to provide exceptional quality pancakes and iced coffee that satisfy the taste buds and leave

an impression on our customers. We strive to source the finest ingredients, offer a diverse menu, and deliver

outstanding customer service.

BUSINESS OFFERING AND JUSTIFICATION

We offer pancakes and iced coffee for grade 11 and 12 students, teachers, and other school practitioners at Capas

Senior High School. We accept orders of pancakes and iced coffee. It is also free delivery if they want but limited

only to the school premises.

Lyka Mae Salas is an ASSISTANT MANAGER She is responsible for supporting the manager in achieving the

business goals by providing feedback, creative input, and administrative support. works

closely with the manager to monitor and evaluate the performance of employees, ensures

27, 2005, and lived in San Juan Concepcion Tarlac.

Khristine Kyle Caputol is a FINANCIAL MANAGER, oversees the business's finances, budgeting, and

Jomari Magtoto as a BARISTA is responsible for brewing and preparing the iced coffee, ensuring that it is the

right strength, consistency, and flavor. He was born on November 12, 2005, and he lived

in Tinang Concepcion Tarlac.

Princess Lea Quito as a CHEF/COOK is responsible for

developing and perfecting pancake recipes that meet the business's quality and
taste standards. She ensures that the pancakes are cooked to the right texture, thickness, and golden color. She

was born on October 23, 2005, and she lived in Talaga Capas Tarlac.

Mark Adrian Macale as an ASSISTANT CHEF/COOK responsible for discovering

unique and enticing flavors and toppings that can enhance the pancakes' appeal to

customers. He was born on March 25, 2006, and he live in San Rafael Bamban Tarlac.

Dion Justin Rivera as an OPERATIONS MANAGER responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day activities of

the business run smoothly. They oversee various operational tasks such as inventory

management, process improvement, quality control, and resource allocation. He was

born on August 17, 2005, and he lived in Aranguren Capas, Tarlac.

John Aerone Lorenzo is a MARKETING MANAGER responsible for promoting the business and driving

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Pancake is a type of bread that has vitamins, and Iced coffee is a cold version of your favorite coffee, but

it is not simply a coffee that has been left to cool. It is also free delivery but limited only to the school area of

Capas Senior High. Our customers are the grade 11 and 12 students and teachers, and other school stuff. We have

a decent quality of pancake and iced coffee and good service. We have a unity that helps us to gain profit.

Revenue will be primarily got from the sales of pancakes and iced coffee.

BUSINESS MODEL

As a member of our business, we contribute skills and money to put up a small business which is pancake

and iced coffee. We sell pancakes for only 15.00 pesos for 2 pieces, and iced coffee for 25.00 pesos. It can be

afforded by the grade 11 and 12 students and teachers. We will promote our product by giving information about

our pancake and iced coffee. Through our friendly attitude we will convince them to buy our product. We will

also ask for the help of our friends within Capas Senior High School to promote to their classmates. We will also

promote our product by giving a flyer to the students.

PERFORMANCE TARGET

Our Performance target is to give a good service to satisfy them. To deliver a decent quality product for

our customers.

THE TARGET CUSTOMERS AND THE MAIN VALUE PROPOSITION TO THE CUSTOMER

Our target customers are the grade 11 and 12 students, teachers at Capas Senior High School and other

school staff who love coffee and are looking for affordable snacks, breakfast, or dessert if they want. It is

affordable for the students because it is a budget friendly. Teachers and students can order from us, and we offer

free delivery to their respective classrooms or faculty if they want.

TARGET MARKET
STUDENTS first, our target customers are the students because as students, and our place is in the school

automatically the first thing we think is the students. It is not easy to sell or promote our product because surely

there are a lot of competitors. But escafe group offers a better product, among others.

TEACHERS' second target market is teachers in our school. Except to the students, we also have teachers that

facilitate the school and during trade fair. So, teachers are around the school buying what they want.
