One (1) major challenge I encountered while practicing the habit.

INCONSISTENCY
Consistency in my actions is something I struggle with. I always give up so quickly anytime I
try to develop a new habit. Most of the time, I am a "go with the flow" kind of person. So, if I
see that my plans do not go as I had planned, I just accept it and continue on. I stopped after
that. It can often be bad since it encourages inconsistent behavior.

One (1) thing I’ve learned from my challenge

Never give up and keep your goal in mind at all times. I should stop using the word
"inconsistency" in phrases. I will always ask myself "Why did I start anyway?" or "What is the
reason why I'm here?" whenever I feel like quitting, and that will inspire me to develop
positive habits that I may apply in my future attempts.

Two (2) habits I plan to practice next week.

1. TURN OBSTACLES INTO ASSETS
2. PROACTIVE
