Specific Objectives At the end of the lesson, learners are expected to:
Identification: Identify the given example and tell whether they are monounsaturated
fats, or polyunsaturated.

Priming This game is called "A, B, C D GO." (10 mins.)
Direction: Participants will see four sets of choices, each with a different level of
difficulty (easy, moderate, and hard). The learners' task is to match the letters of the
choices if they believe they are correct based on the questions that will be asked of
them. All players must participate, but if they choose the letter incorrectly, they will
be eliminated from the game. At the end of the game, only one player will win.
