Tank ,Single phase, CTR 400-200/1-1-1 Amp and Cree page Distance 900 mm for 2x45 MW RABS HPS
Barginagar .

Dear Sir,
Being the manufacturer of Indian Origine, Hermetically sealed, Out door, Oilfilled,Self Cooled,
Three core, Dead Tank, 33KV Current Transformer having porcelain Insulators, with Hot Dip Galvanized
Tank, Creepage distance 900 mm and suitable 8 nos. Bi metallic connector for ACSR Zebra conductor
Single phase, CTR 400-200/1-1-1 Amp. You are hereby requested to submit your quotation for supply
of 3 nos. CT including Freight , Insurance and packaging forwarding charges on single enquiry basis in
our official address as mentioned above as per enclosed supply schedule and technical details . The
terms and condition of enquiry shall be as mentioned bellow-

1.Due Date- Your offer should reach this office by registered post by 25.01.2019 at 15.00 hrs and shall
be opened on same date on 16.00hrs.

2 Price – The Price shall be firm and fixed on FOR destination basis and shall be inclusive of
freight, insurance, packaging forwarding charges and GST . The validity of offer shall be180 days from
the date of opening of Bid.

3. Payment- 100% payment shall be made to firm within 45 days or as per queue whichever is later
after receipt of material in full and good condition in our store .
4.Guarantee- Supplied material shall be Guaranteed for one year from the date of commissioning or 18
months from date of supply. During Guarantee period the firm shall be responsible of
epair/replacement of defective CT free of cost at site ,if it is arisen due to poor workmanship on
supplied CT or due to defective metallurgy of material .
5. Security deposit - Not required.

6. Earnest Money - not required .

7. Penalty- In case of delay in supply of material beyond the delivery schedule as stipulated in
purchase order shall attract penalty as liquidated damage at the rate of 0.5% per week subject to
maximum 10% of order value.

8. Inspection - The firm shall offer inspection of CTs before dispatch. MPPGCL shall have the right to
waive off the inspection.

9. Delivery schedule- Within 8-10 weeks after date of inspection or waival.

10. Standards- The current Transformer shall fully comply with the latest issue of Indian Standard
2705 (Part-1,ii,iii&iv)with latest amendment thereof upto the date of issue of this tender.

11. Consignee- Assistant Engineer (Stores), RABS HPS Barginagar ,Dist- Jabalpur (MP) 482056.

12. Transportation & Insurance- shall be arrange by the firm at HPS site stores.

13. Estimated amount - Rs . 162000/- including freight, Insurance and package forwarding Charges
and GST.

14. SUBMISSION OF BID:- Single envelope containing GST, previous order copy, Price bid.

15. The supplied CT & terminal connector must comply the attached technical specification as per
anexeure-3 and firm shall responsible for it

16 . Court of jurisdiction- IN case of any dispute the competent court shall be at Jabalpur.

11 Terminal connectors 1.Terminal connector shall be manufactured
by pressure die casting& tested as per
IS:5561.
2.ALL Casting Shall be free from blow holes
,surface blisters, craks and cavity. All sharp
edges and corner shall be blurred and
rounded off. No part of Clamp shall be less
than 12 mm thick.
3.The Nut, bolts and washer shall be hot dip
galvanized.
4.The bimetallic strips/sleeves liner of
minimum thickness of 2 mm shall be made
by electroplating.
5.All current carrying parts parts shall have
minimum contact resistance.
6. it shall be suitable for ACSR Zebra
conductor.
