I. OBJECTIVES
At the end of the lesson, learners should be able to:
1. discuss the life of the selected contemporary Filipino composer/s;
2. cite an example of how to promote traditional music to the younger generation; and
3. present and point out the characteristics of the musical style of the mentioned
Filipino composers.

A. Topic: Traditional Composers (Continuation of the lesson)

 The students will share their knowledge about the lesson taught

 The teacher will play a song entitled “Awit ni Maria Clara”,

 The students will give their observations about the music they
heard.
