The learners will explains how East Asian music relates to its
geography and culture.

The students will summarize and share their knowledge about the previous lesson in Music.
Activity:
The students will answer the pre- assessment on page 52- 55 of the textbook.
Analysis:
The students will answer the following: At the end of this unit, I would like to know about ____, i would like to be able to _____, I would like to
understand _______, and I would like to perform ______.
Abstraction:
The students will listen to/ watch examples of traditional instrumental and vocal music of Japan, China and Korea. Based on the videos, students will
answer the guide questions provided on page 58 of the textbook.
Application:
The class will be divided into five groups. Each group will get to know the geography and culture of Japan, China and Korea through video
presentation. They will answer the guide questions on page 62 of the txtbook.
Closure:
The students should have an advance reading about music of Japan.
