Session Title: “Informed decisions to be drug-free”
Session At the end of the session, learners will be able to:
Objectives: a) Develop assertiveness skills to say no to drugs and
communicate boundaries clearly with peers and others.;
b) Cultivate a sense of personal responsibility and commitment to
healthy choices for oneself and others.
c) Learn to cope with challenging situations in healthy ways,
without to drug use.
Key Concepts: Making informed decisions is an ongoing process. Be kind to
yourself as you navigate challenges and learn from experiences.
Every individual’s journey is unique. Embrace your
individuality and seek resources that resonate with your needs
and values.
