Project Title: Tree Planting Activity - " Transforming Lives, through

Gifting Nature".

Albay
Rationale: The reality of the matter is that every year more and more
teens are having children at alarmingly young ages. Teen
pregnancy is a huge issue that needs to be addressed. If teens
understand the negative effects of being a teen parent, they will
maybe think twice about their actions. By raising their
awareness on teenage pregnancy, we can help them become
responsible and productive women. Schools empower girls and
young women and teenagers to reach their full potential. This
outreach activity which will be conducted at Barangay Alcala,
Daraga Albay which aims to raise awareness about teenage
pregnancy, this will help to guide and educate the youth, both
girls and boys. It can also help people, especially youth, to be
aware of the risk, complications, and consequences of teenage
pregnancy.

Objectives: The Primary objectives of the said program are as follows:

1. To raise awareness about teenage pregnancy.
2. To extend the school's service to the community through
outreach programs.
Expected Outcomes:
1. To guide and educate the youth, both girls and boys to be
aware of the risk, complications, and consequences of teenage
pregnancy.
2. To strengthen the bond between school and community
through outreach programs.
Strength and Innovation: Cultivating awareness, reaching extraordinary support to
youth and self-care will be valued by the youth of Barangay
Alcala, Daraga Albay. And, through outreach programs, the link
between school and community will be enhanced.

Sustainability: The school will be conducting its outreach program yearly and
will monitor the 40 target beneficiaries’ well-being and will give
a seminar-workshop about teenage pregnancy to lessen the
number of teenage pregnant in the said Barangay.

SOURCE OF FUND: Donations for this project will highly
be appreciated.
