Brief History of FEU Roosevelt Marikina:

FEU Roosevelt Marikina is the oldest existing campus. It


was built in 1967 as an elementary laboratory school for
the Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education
(BSEED) students to practice in. Today, the Marikina
campus is the site of FEU Roosevelt’s newest building.

Bachelor of Science in Information Technology
The program involves the study of the utilization of both hardware
and software technologies, with courses covering planning,
installation, customization, operation, management,
administration and maintenance of information technology
infrastructure. At the end of the course, graduates are expected to
have the necessary skills to provide computing solutions that
address the needs of organizations.

“The Roosevelt College owners have graciously


agreed to allow FEU to take a closer look at their
operations. We believe there are opportunities to
integrate with FEU this venerable 80-year old
institution with five greater Metro Manila campuses
and 5,000 students in both the basic education and
tertiary level,” FEU chair Aurelio Montinola III said in a
text message, when asked about the rationale for this
move.
