1. Công việc cụ thể

- Viết review tốt cho các dịch vụ như tiệm nails, quán trà sữa,... để đánh giá 5
sao trên GG Maps, hầu hết là Mỹ và Canada (Bên mình chỉ nhận VIẾT nội
dung review, không liên quan đến việc đăng bài như thế nào)

Ví dụ: Friendly employee. Salon decor cute - unique - fancy. Rich sample gel polish.
Seed prices are cheap. Nails are very good. Will bring friends over to support for a
long time

2. Những yêu cầu về review

- Cố gắng VIẾT SÁNG TẠO (có nghĩa là tự viết theo ý tưởng và lời văn của bản
thân vì tỉ lệ trùng lặp thấp, không bị quét out do tool của công ty)

- Nếu có những ngày bí ý tưởng thì có thể tham khảo các nguồn từ ChatGPT,
GG, GG maps của các bài review, cửa hàng khác nhưng không cùng quốc gia,
không cùng lãnh thổ hoặc ở gần nơi mình đang viết về. Sau đó chỉnh sửa, thay
đổi tên tiệm/thành phố/tính từ đánh giá VÀ THÊM MỘT SỐ Ý CỦA BẢN
THÂN VÀO. KHÔNG COPY QUÁ 60%
Ví dụ: Task đang viết về tiệm nail ở Cali Mỹ thì có thể xem các đánh giá tiệm
nail ở Việt Nam, Singapore chẳng hạn. Sau đó chỉnh sửa thành tên tiệm nail
của mình/ tên thành phố Cali/ good thành cool/great/…, Thêm ý của mình như:
Tôi muốn trở lại đây vào tuần sau để làm một bộ móng chuẩn bị cho sinh nhật
mình,.... để tăng tỉ lệ khác biệt.

- Mỗi review sẽ dài từ 1-3 dòng là tối thiểu. Xen kẽ ngắn-dài theo tỉ lệ 50-50.
Ví dụ task yêu cầu 20 review: 10 review ngắn 1-3 dòng thì 10 review dài 3-5
dòng
- Nếu khách yêu cầu chèn tên nhân viên hoặc từ khóa thì chèn xen kẽ nó vào
review, không bắt buộc 100% phải có từ khóa.
Ví dụ: khách yêu cầu 20 review, chèn tên 5 nhân viên, thì chỉ cần 10 review có
tên nhân viên (miễn sao ai cũng được nhắc đến)
Tương tự với những từ khóa khác, tỉ lệ chèn tối thiểu 50%
- ĐÚNG CHÍNH TẢ, ĐÚNG TÊN TIỆM, ĐÚNG TÊN NHÂN VIÊN (sai
xem như task bị out, không nhận được tiền)
- KHÔNG dùng từ “shop” cho bất cứ trường hợp nào khi viết về tiệm. Có thể
thay thế bằng các từ như Salon/studio/store… tùy theo từng trường hợp
Đặc biệt: Tiệm nail thì chỉ dùng, nail salon/salon/this salon/ this nail salon…

- Không viết tắt

- Tuân thủ hình thức viết văn: SAU DẤU CHẤM PHẢI CÓ DẤU CÁCH, Viết
hoa sau dấu chấm, dấu chấm than, “I” phải viết hoa,...
- Không viết những từ tốt nhất, duy nhất, tuyệt vời nhất....nói chung là nói
tiệm đó là số 1 là không được. (trải nghiệm tuyệt vời nhất, bộ móng tay gel
đẹp nhất thì có thể chấp nhận nhưng hạn chế)
- Không dùng icon “ :)) “ và dấu ngoặc kép “” trong review. Còn các ký
hiệu tim, nail, thương thương còn lại thì bình thường
- Không gắn đường link, web hoặc viết dấu chấm mà không cách ra cũng
được xem là gắn link web không hiển thị.
- HÃY HỎI - trong bất cứ trường hợp nào mà bản thân cảm thấy đắn đo, chứ
đừng sợ sệt hay ngại ngùng. Để biết rõ và làm đúng ngay từ đầu vì sửa rất khó
khăn!!!!
- KIỂM TRA - KIỂM TRA - KIỂM TRA THẬT KỸ trước khi nộp Task vì nộp
Task bên công ty sẽ có tool check nên các bạn cần chắc chắn với công việc của
mình. Đảm bảo cho bản thân nhận được lương

- Định dạng sheet là font chữ Arial, kích thước 10 nhé!

- LỖI KHÔNG CHẤP NHẬN ĐƯỢC:

+ REVIEW CÙNG MỘT TASK BỊ TRÙNG LẶP 100%

- Lặp từ: Một số từ cơ bản để nói về lĩnh vực đó có thể lặp cũng không sao,
nhưng ổn hơn các bạn nên tìm/sưu tầm một số từ đồng nghĩa để thay đổi khi bị
lặp quá nhiều (Vd: good-great-cool-amazing…)

- Thêm tên doanh nghiệp: Các bạn có thể thêm tên đầy đủ của tiệm để nâng cao
mức độ khác nhau, nhưng linh động random sử dụng những từ khác thay thế.
Theo tỉ lệ: 60% tên đầy dủ, 30% this salon/nail saon,..., 10% tên rút gọn

Ví dụ: this salon/store, this nail salon, this place, the location, their company,...
hoặc dùng tên của doanh nghiệp nhưng lược bớt tên dịch vụ (ví dụ: Annie nails
thì dùng Annie thôi). Thêm nữa là đặc biệt lưu ý về vấn đề thừa từ trong khi đã
 nói đến tên của tiệm (ví dụ: A's nails thì chỉ viết A's nail thôi chứ không viết
thêm thành A's nail salon/ A's nail nail salon...) .

- Lỗi sai thông tin: Các bạn nên dành một chút thời gian để check xem dịch vụ
của doanh nghiệp và nắm kĩ nhé.
Thứ nhất là sẽ có thêm dữ liệu về dịch vụ của họ để viết đa dạng hơn. Thứ 2 là
hiểu về ngành nghề đó, tự nhiên các bạn sẽ viết trôi chảy, không bị bí ý tưởng
vì bạn hiểu rõ thì sẽ ko khó khăn. Thứ 3 là có ích cho tương lai, vì bạn gặp lại
dịch vụ đó lần nữa sẽ cực kì dễ

Ví dụ như nails: các dịch vụ cực kì đa dạng, đắp móng thì có loại bột nào, hình
dạng ra sao/ đính đá thì thường có kiểu dáng thế nào/ vẽ móng thì sẽ có phong
cách gì/ màu sắc thì mảng màu nổi bật là gì?.... Nắm được, các bạn sẽ có ngay
trong đầu hàng trăm review khác nhau rồi

- Không dùng icon “ :))) ” và dấu ngoặc kép “” . Còn lại các kí hiệu trái tim,
nail,... dùng bình thường !!
- Không gắn đường link, web hoặc viết dấu chấm mà không cách ra cũng
được xem là gắn link web không hiển thị.

Cuối cùng mình muốn nói một điều. Tất cả những công việc chính mình làm ra
thì bản thân phải tự chịu trách nhiệm với nó. Không kiểm tra, không có sự tôn
trọng với nó thì làm gì cũng thất sách, đặc biệt là ảnh hưởng đến team nữa.
Kiếm tiền là chính, nhưng đồng đội cũng rất quan trọng !

To my surprise, I thought that the nail I had always wanted would

be done so carefully, it was a checkered brown color with some
cute patterns and that makes me feel happy and respected. Will

The first time I was rewarded by my mom for a hand care session
and getting my nails painted, I had high expectations for Valley Nail
& Spa, they impressed me because of the cool and comfortable
space and enthusiastic staff, I don't remember the employee's
name but it was a red-haired sister, she advised a few nail models
that were quite satisfactory to my taste and in the end, I chose a
deep red color but full of personality. Looking at my nails looks cool
but the price was pretty good, which surprised me quite a bit and
maybe my mom liked it

For my birthday, I went to this place and redid my nails, from cute
ombre pink, I decided to change to red with a stone-studded
pattern, looking rebellious but done pretty well with the staff's nail
technique, gel polish and color scheme, it's amazing

nails for herself and she did a great job, enthusiastic and she
transformed my nails perfectly!

After a few manicure experiences, my favorite thing is to do it at

I came to Valley Nail & Spa according to the positive reviews on
the Internet, and it was not unexpected, I chose for myself the pure
white Gardient model, Lily covered with 2 different nail polish
colors, using extra foam. sea, pour the paint on that sponge and
mix them together, then apply the nail polish. That process left me
in awe of her professionalism and skill. Great !!
