pulley block or wire Permanent disable or inspection of lifting tools & tackles before starting . Ensure only
rope slings for lifting fatality due to fall of inspected Hydra/Farana should use for loading and unloading of
Loading the material. material,Fatal, Injury, Porta cabin.Ensure Operator have valid Licence. Ensure guide rope
2 Unloading by Property damage shall use while lifting / loading/unloading of Porta cabin.work with
Hydra/Farana continuous supervision.
Area shall be made clear for any obstruction to the material.
Porta cabin shall be tied with rope at each end. Ensure path should
be clear from any obstruction

Night work permit to be taken from concern engg.and safety dept.

Darkness, fall of Ensure proper illumination during dark hours.
Work during Personal injury,
3 person, fall of
dark hours damage to property Electrical cable should lead min 2 m height. No exposed electrical
machinery
wire.Earthing.
Route shall be illuminated.
