Room Service Personnel (RSP): Good morning, This is Kyle for Solaire’s Room Service. How can I help
you?

Guest (G): I would like to order something

RSP: May I please know your name and your room number please?

G: This is Mr. Danilo Balaysoche from room 221

RSP: Okay sir, may have your order?

G: I would like to have one all-day breakfast meal w/ extra bacon and one grilled cheese sandwich

RSP: Our All-day breakfast meal comes with mash potato, would like a glass of juice or cup of coffee to
go with it?

G: Ummm. Let me have the orange juice

RSP: Would that be all Sir?

G: Yes

RSP: Do you have any additional order Sir?

Guest: No thanks

RSP: Can I repeat your order Sir? You ordered one all-day breakfast meal w/ extra bacon and a glass of
orange juice, and one grilled cheese sandwich. Did I get your order right Sir?

G: Yes

RSP: Okay Sir your ordered food will be delivered within 30mins.

G: May I know the total bill?

RSP: Your computed bill including tax would be is 675pesos.

RSP: May I know the exact money that you have Sir?

G: I have 1000 pesos right now

RSP: May I know the mode of payment please? Is it a cash, credit card, or should I charge it to your
room?
G: Cash please

RSP: Good morning Sir. My name is Kyle your room service for today, delivering your order. May I come
in?

G: Yes

RSP: Where would you like me to set up your food? should I leave it on the trolley or just put it on the
table?

G: (Picks either of the two)

RSP: Okay Sir.

RSP: Sir, here’s your order. One (name of the dish) and one (name of the dish)

G: Thank you

RSP: Would you like me to open the curtain to brighten the room?

G: Yes please.

RSP: May I present your bill?

G: Yes please.

(after settling the bill)

RSP: Is there anything else I can do for you?

G: nothing at all thankyou

RSP: Excuse me Sir, when do you want me to come back to clean your soiled dishes? When you are
ready just call our front desk. Thank you and enjoy your food!
(After the guest was done eating)

RSP: Excuse me sir this is Kyle. I'm here to clear your soiled dishes. May I come in?

G: Yes you may come in.

RSP: Excuse Me sir would you like to go to our event of 2nd anniversary of Solaire Manila?

G: No thanks
