STEPS FOR MAKING ICE TEA

1. Prepare all the materials needed such as :


- sugar
- tea
- ice
2. Boil the water until it boils, then add the tea to the boiled water.
3. If you feel it is boiling, turn off the stove and prepare a glass and put the
sugar in the glass.
4. Then pour the tea boiled water into a glass and stir until the sugar
dissolves.
5. After that, put ice cubes into the glass.
6. Iced tea is ready to be enjoyed.

STEPS TO MAKE BANANA BOOM

1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients, including:


- Fried banana flour
- Banana fruit
- Chocolate
- Bread crumbs
- Cooking oil
2. Steam the prepared bananas for about 20 minutes.
3. While waiting for the bananas, we cut the chocolate into small squares.
4. When the bananas are ready, then mash the bananas and add flour, fry the
bananas gradually until the dough can be shaped.
5. If the mixture is all mixed then put it in the refrigerator and let it rest for ± 30
minutes.
6. Then the dough is taken out of the refrigerator and shaped into a round shape
and filled with chocolate bars that have been cut into pieces. Do this repeatedly
until the dough is smooth.
7. Next, we prepare the liquid mixture to stick to the bread flour made from fried
banana flour and water, put the mixture into the liquid mixture then put it in the
bread flour, do it repeatedly until the dough is finished.
8. If all the dough has been formed then we heat the cooking oil and fry the
banana boom until browned then drain.
9. Banana boom is ready to be enjoyed.

- Sweetened condensed milk

2. Prepare chopped beef, boiled eggs, and mayonaise which has been mixed with
sweetened condensed milk.
3. If the filling is ready then we make the risoles dough. Which consists of wheat flour,
eggs, cooking oil and other spices.
4. Then add enough water to the flour mixture and stir until evenly mixed then sieve to
make the mixture smooth.
5. Heat the Teflon then pour the mixture that was made thoroughly onto the surface of the
Teflon then wait. Do this repeatedly until the dough runs out.
6. Next is to make the rissole mayonnaise filling from beef, then boiled eggs and a
mixture of mayonnaise with sweetened condensed milk. Do it repeatedly until finished.
7. When it's finished, then sprinkle the rissoles with bread flour with egg white as a glue.
8. If everything has been breaded, then we heat the oil.
9. Once the oil is hot then we dip the rissoles into the oil and fry until browned then
drain.
10. Risoles are ready to be enjoyed together.
