TERMS OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That we, BASILISA S. MALANOG, married to Leo B. Malanog, ESCOLASTICO

A. CATACUTAN, SR married to Lina Lasaca Catacutan, BARTOLOME P.
ANCOG married to Josephine Lagcao Ancog ,MARCIANA S. BAUTISTA
married to Celso Bautista, FAUSTINO P. SUMAMPONG married to Ester Cano
Sumampong, and MARLYN S. ALBERTO, single, all of legal age, Filipino and
residents of Libasan, Nabunturan, Compostela Valley Province, are co-owners of
a parcel of land located at Libasan, Nabunturan, Compostela Valley
Pronvince, containing an area of ONE HUNDRED FIFTEEN THOUSAND
SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY TWO (115, 763) Square Meters, more or less,
under Lot 4530-B, Psd-11-010394 and registered in the Registry of Deeds of
Davao del Norte under TCT No. CARP2013000588.

That the aforementioned property has been subdivided into Thirteen (13) lots per
approved survey plan no. Psd-118209-127341 (AR);

That being co-owners, we executed a Deed of Partition on October 7, 2016 duly

notarized by Notary Public Ruben D. Altamera on October 12, 2016 contained in his notarial
book no. CXCIII, Doc no. 36, Page no. 08, Series of 2015.

That by virtue of such Deed of Partition, we agreed to divide the described property
among ourselves, adjudicating Lot no. 4530-B-1 with an area of NINETEEN THOUSAND
SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY-ONE (19,791) Square meters to MARCIANA S. BAUTISTA.

That we hereby give our consent to the transaction between MARCIANA S.

BAUTISTA and the PROVINCE OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY for the sale of Lot no. 4530-B-1
to be utilized by the latter for the construction of the Provincial Rehabilitation Center.

That we also give our consent to the PROVINCE OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY to use
Lot no. 4530-B-1 to for the said purpose, which permission shall include but not limited to, the
right to bring personnel, equipment and property onto the Premises, construction of the
necessary building and infrastructures, the right to remove same from the Premises after
completion of work and all other acts incidental and necessary for the completion of the
Provincial Rehabilitation Center.

That we agree not to intervene, obstruct or impede the actions that the Province of
Compostela Valley may undertake in connection of the said purpose.

That the above permission is granted immediately pending the processing of the
necessary documents for the consummation of the sale of Lot no. 4530-B-1 between Marciana
S. Bautista and the Province of Compostela Valley represented by the Provincial Governor.
