A long time ago, a lion was deeply sleeping inside the jungle when suddenly a little
mouse starting pissing around his body. This disturbed the lion’s sleep and he woke
up quite angry, “How dare you wake me up? I’m going to eat you up!” said the
angry Lion. “Please forgive me, oh king of animals. I didn’t mean to wake you up. I

The most important in retelling or re-enacting events in the story are the five
elements of the story. And these are the following:
1. Character - the person or individuals in the story.
2. Settings - the place where the story happened.
3. Plot - this is where the action of the story took place.
4. Conflict - the problem in the story.
5. Solution - the way where the problem in the story is being resolved.
A. Activity
• Divide the class into two groups.
• Activity Proper and reading of rubrics.
• Posting of work/presentation of group work/Checking.
• The learners must arrange the order of event in the story (chronological order)
by using the given pictures that in-line with the scene/story given.
• The teacher will give the picture of the main characters and learners must
describe the given pictures base on its character nor what they observed.
