1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
1.1 HS&E INCIDENTS:
 There were zero HSE incidents during this intervention.

1.2 OBJECTIVE:
 To put the ceased well back online through flow back and contingency nitrogen lifting via
coiled tubing

1.3 INTERVENTION OUTCOME:

 7-Jan-24:
- OT team relocated to the site, commenced rig up, and conducted pressure testing.

 8-Jan-24:
- Continued rigging up and conducted the weekly pressure test for BOP (300-5000 Psi) along with the Pull Test
CT Connector (15 K).
- Completed BOP and Pull tests, confirming all systems are in good condition and ready for operations.

Pressure Testing and Well Status:

 Executed pressure tests for all equipment (Flare line, Inlet SP line, DS, US, SSV) for 5 minutes each,
following the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Well was opened and shut-in, with TBG at 0 psi
and A Ann= 10psi and B, C Ann at 0 psi.

CT Operations and Pumping N2:

 Unloaded tubing by initiating CT RIH, started pumping N2 at 2220m with a flow rate of 300 SCFM. Well was
lined up from TBG to FL tanks via SP, with no return at the surface and WHP =50 , Tubing P = 168 psi and
Circulation pressure = 2220 psi
 CT reached a depth of 2220m with a pumping rate of 300 SCFM and gradually increase pumping rate to
400scf/m as ROO WSL Coordinator instruction, observing ONLY GAS return at the surface .
 While pumping N2 at a rate of 400 SCFM, the coiled tubing (CT) was parked at a depth of 2220m, with the
well lined up from Tubing Head (TBG) to Flow Back (FB) through the Separator. Subsequently, the flow
was diverted from TBG to A Ann, and the N2 rate was increased to 500 SCFM as instructed by the
coordinator.

 pumping N2 at a rate of 500 SCF/min, the coiled tubing was parked at a depth of 2220m, with the well
flowing from A.Ann to FB tanks via the separator. At the surface, the liquid and gas content indicated
an emulsion of 12%, CO2 level of 1.5%, H2S concentration of 1200 ppm, and a liquid rate per hour of
90 bbl.

 10-jun-24

 On 10th June 2024, coiled tubing (CT) was pulled out of the hole to the surface while pumping N2 at a
rate of 500 SCFM. Liquid and gas were returned during this process. Pumping of N2 was stopped
before reaching the end of the tubing, and the pull-out-of-hole (POOH) operation was continued to
flow back the well.
 Upon reaching the surface, instructions were received from the coordinator to divert the well to the
DGS with a chock size of 32/64 .

Rig Down Instruction and Crew Activity:
 Received instruction from ROO WSC to commence rig down the equipment.
 OT crew held a TBT with all crew members for flushing and rig down.
