1.2 OBJECTIVE:
The final Well program aims to conduct Production Logging Tool (PLT) logging subsequent to
restoring production of inactive wells. The primary goal is to carry out PLT logging following well
activation through Nitrogen (N2) Pumping (lifting) using either reverse or forward circulation, as
per SOR or Management of Change (MOC) specifications, for wells unable to maintain natural
flow. The acquired data will support subsurface teams in identifying prospective well
intervention opportunities for the designated wells.

05-Mar-24:
- The Permit to Work (PTW) was printed out, and the team is waiting for the OAA to isolate the well. They
also started spotting the EQU , CT unit , MPF , NPF , and the well testing flare less package.
- Continued rigging up and conducted the weekly pressure test for BOP (300-5000 Psi) along with the Pull
Test CT Connector (15 K).
- Completed BOP and Pull tests, confirming all systems are in good condition and ready for operations.
06-Mar-24:
Pressure Testing and Well Status:
- Executed pressure tests for all equipment (Flare line, Inlet SP line, DS, US, SSV) for 5 minutes each,
following the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
wireline operations were initiated at the location, followed by the commencement of spotting
and rigging up for E-line (wireline) equipment. The E-line setup was completed, and a pressure
test was conducted before commencing the drift operation, which was successfully concluded.
Subsequently, the process of pulling out of hole (POOH) to the surface was ongoing, and E-
line tools were replaced with Production Logging Tool Bottom Hole Assembly (PLT BHA), followed
by rigging in hole (RIH). OILTECH was awaiting the completion of E-line activities to proceed with
the shut-in process, which was subsequently finished, with stations progressing accordingly.
- E-line completed their operation and submitted the data record for approval. However, the initially
submitted data was rejected, prompting a repeat of the process. After three hours, the resubmitted E-line
data was approved, and the team prepared to conduct the subsequent pass. Meanwhile, OILTECH
commenced the cooling of the N2 unit with 200 gallons, followed by opening the well, capturing the shut-in
pressure, and aligning the well from Tubing (TBG) to Flowing Back (FB) tanks through the separator. The
choke size was set at 32/64", leading to the appearance of foam at the surface. Subsequently, the N2
pumping in reverse circulation began, with a gradual increase in N2 rate up to 2000 standard cubic feet
(scf) until pumping 1070 gallons as per the program, followed by a decrease in N2 rate to 400 scf/min.
- 04-Mar-24:
On March 8th, the well was continuously monitored, and the well was lined up from Tubing (TBG) to DGS,
with a choke size of 48/64". Liquid was observed returning to the surface, with a (BSW) content of 1%. The
Oil Specific Gravity (OSG) was measured at 0.885 at 33°C, while the temperature stood at 40°C. Notably, no
Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) was detected, and the Carbon Dioxide (CO2) level was noted at 0.5%.. Additionally,
the flowing data from E-line was approved, prompting them to commence pulling out of hole (POOH) in
preparation for rigging down. Subsequently, Oiltech received instructions to rig down and relocate to
another location.
-
05-Mar-24:
Rig Down Instruction and Crew Activity:
Received instruction from ROO WSC to commence rig down the equipment.
OT crew held a TBT with all crew members for flushing and rig down.
- Continue R/D and move to next well
