1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
1.1 HS&E INCIDENTS:
There were zero HSE incidents during this intervention.
1.2 OBJECTIVE:
The objective of this program is to restore production from inactive wells by initiating the well
through N2 pumping (lifting) using Coiled tubing , based on the SOR or MoC requirement.

24-Jan-24:
- the Permit to Work (PTW) was printed out, and the team is waiting for the OAA to isolate the well. They also
started spotting the EQU , CT unit , MPF , NPF , and the well testing flare less package.
- Continued rigging up and conducted the weekly pressure test for BOP (300-5000 Psi) along with the Pull Test
CT Connector (15 K).
- Completed BOP and Pull tests, confirming all systems are in good condition and ready for operations.
- Executed pressure tests for all equipment (Flare line, Inlet SP line, DS, US, SSV) for 5 minutes each,
following the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
25-Feb-24
- the pressure in the system was bleed off, and the N2 unit (200Gal) was cooled down. The line up to
the flare pit for CT purge was performed. The well was then opened and shut-in with specific pressure
conditions: TBG=250 psi, Aann=1100 psi, B=0 psi, C=Zero.
- A line up from TBG to FL tanks via SP. was conducted, resulting in only gas at the surface. RIH process was m
initiated with the CT to reach at top of perf. pumping rate of 300 sfc. The CT was then parked at 3090.
Return :liquid at surface , BSW: 5% , OSG: 0.871 @29 , Temp: 29C , FL: 78 bbl.
- As per WSC3 instruction, the switch to Ann A should be made, and the well should be lined up from Ann A
to the Flow Back Tanks through the separator, with a choke size of 64/64". After 5 hour instracution come
to switch to TBG , line up the well from TBG to Flow Back Tanks thru separator .
- Upon receiving instructions from the ROO WSL coordinator to (POOH) the CT to the surface continued while
pumping N2. Subsequently, the well was lined up from TBG to flow back tanks through the separator,
resulting in the return of oil at the surface with a choke size of 64/64", BSW: 2% , OSG: 0.881 @29 , Temp:
36C , FL: 325 bbl.
- Upon reaching the surface, N2 pumping and well flow were stopped, followed by lining up the well from
TBG to DGS with a choke size of 30/64".
26-Feb-24
Rig Down Instruction and Crew Activity:
Received instruction from ROO WSC to commence rig down the equipment.
OT crew held a TBT with all crew members for flushing and rig down.
- Continue R/D and move to next well
