1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
1.1 HS&E INCIDENTS:
There were zero HSE incidents during this intervention.
1.2 OBJECTIVE:
The main objectives of the well program are to perform a well kill, install an Autonomous Valve
Lockout (AVLO), conduct Mechanical Integrity Tests (MIT) on the B and C annulus, and utilize
CT/N2 lift to restore the well to production.

23-Mar-24:
- The Permit to Work (PTW) was printed out, and the team is waiting for the OAA to isolate the well.
OILTECH team also started spotting the EQU , CT unit , MPF , NPF , and the well testing flare less package.
- Completed BOP and Pull tests, confirming all systems are in good condition and ready for operations.
24-Mar-24:
- OILTECH crew was standby due to bad condition of the location and they waiting civil work

the operations involved monitoring TBG and A Annulus pressures, as well as B and C Annulus pressures while
awaiting Well Head Maintenance (WHM) in the early morning to change a valve. After completion of the
maintenance and holding the Tool Box Talk (TBT) with the crew to prepare for rigging up again, the well was
opened with TBG at 362 psi, A Annulus at 70 psi, B Annulus at 0 psi, and C Annulus at 0 psi. MIT was then
conducted on the B Annulus by gradually increasing pressure to 250 psi, observing a pressure drop of 2-3 psi
before completing the test and bleeding off pressure to zero. Subsequently, MIT was performed on the C
Annulus with pressure gradually increased to 50 psi and monitored for 10 minutes, followed by a 30-minute
pressure monitoring where only a 6 psi drop was observed after pumping a total volume of 0.64 bbl. After
completing MIT on both B and C Annulus, the well was reopened with TBG at 525 psi, A Annulus at 116 psi, B
Annulus at 0 psi, and C Annulus at 0 psi, preparing for running in the hole with Coiled Tubing (CT). Continuing to
Run In Hole (RIH) with CT while pumping N2, the well was lined up from TBG to FB via SEP with a choke size of
32"/64, resulting in only gas at the surface. On site, the Coiled Tubing (CT) was parked at a depth of 2150 m
while pumping N2, with the well lined up from Tubing Head (TBG) to Flowback (FB) via the Surface Equipment
Package (SEP) and a choke size of 72"/64". Following the instructions from the Rig Operator Observer (ROO)
coordinator, the flow was switched to the A Annulus.
27-Mar-24
As per ROO coordinator POOH to surface after that CT at surface Stop pumping N2 , well lined up from TBG to
FB via SEP, choke size 44"/64'' As Per Coordinator instraction shut the well because DGS Team do not accept
pumping Oil to DGS.
28-Mar-24
The well no flowing got instruction from ROO coordinator pumping the oil in the FBTs to DGS
then 'shut-in the well because DGS Team do not accept pumping Oil to DGS and standby.
29-Mar-24
Well natural flowing on progress, line up from TBG to FB tanks via separator, Return= oil & gas
Start RIH CT, well line up from TBG to FB tanks via seperator, Return= oil & gas ,start cooldown N2 unit.

Rig Down Instruction and Crew Activity:
Received instruction from ROO WSC to commence rig down the equipment.
OT crew held a TBT with all crew members for flushing and rig down.
- Continue R/D and move to next well
