1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
1.1 HS&E INCIDENTS:
 There were zero HSE incidents during this intervention.

1.2 OBJECTIVE:
Conduct acid perf wash across Mhf4 (2212-2252) mMD, aiming to achieve a jetting pressure of
1500 psi. And Implement N2L to unload the well, with the final setting point for tubing at
120/64".

1.3 INTERVENTION OUTCOME:

 01-Mar-24:
- The Permit to Work (PTW) was printed out, and the team is waiting for the OAA to isolate the well. They
also started spotting the EQU , CT unit , MPF , NPF , and the well testing flare less package.

- Continued rigging up and conducted the weekly pressure test for BOP (300-5000 Psi) along with the Pull Test
CT Connector (15 K).
- Completed BOP and Pull tests, confirming all systems are in good condition and ready for operations.
 02-Mar-24:
Pressure Testing and Well Status:

- Executed pressure tests for all equipment (Flare line, Inlet SP line, DS, US, SSV) for 5 minutes each,
following the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

 03-Mar-24:

- A series of operations occurred in sequence: the well was opened with specific pressures for TBG Shit, Ann
A, and Ann B; a MIT pressure test at 500 psi for 30 minutes was initiated, and after the test failed, the
pressure was dropped to 26 psi, then Ann A pressure was increased again to 500 psi to complete the MIT;
the CT string volume was displaced by 23 bbl of brine, the well was lined up to the flare pit in preparation
to start CT RIH, CT started RIH while pumping and tagged at a depth of 1561m, the weight was slackened
off from 6k to 2k, followed by the POOH 50m above the tag to straighten the pipe and attempt to pass the
tag again, another attempt to pass the tag was made, and instructions were awaited after stopping
pumping, CT tagged at the same depth, and instructions were received to POOH to the surface, add a
knuckle joint, change the nozzle, and add 2 straight bars.

CT - N2 Lifting

 04-Mar-24:
On March 4, the following operations took place:
- RIH was ongoing, and the well was lined up from TBG to FB tanks with a choke size of 40/64", where only
gas was present at the surface, with a WHT of 30°C, 0 ppm H2S, 0% CO2, and a TL of 90bbl.

- CT was parked at a depth of 2252m and proceeded with perf wash, starting pumping (15%HCl) + 10%MS
through CT, and then lining up the well from TBG to FB tanks with a choke size of 64/64", with no return at
the surface. The acid reached the nozzle, and CT reciprocated the interval from 2252m to 2210m.

- CT reached a depth of 2210m and proceeded to RIH while pumping nitrified Acid N2 at a pumping rate of
300 scf/m. After all the acid was pumped, it was switched to pump brine to displace the acid, and then all
acid was pumped out of the nozzle. Pumping brine was stopped, and the well was POOH to 40m above the
TOP (top of perf.) to kick off the well.

- CT being parked at 40m above TOP, N2 lift ongoing with specific well conditions and choke size, liquid
return at the surface with specific oil and water properties, and an instruction to decrease N2 rate to 300
scf/min.
- Stoped pumping N2 and continue POOH to surface

 05-Mar-24:
Rig Down Instruction and Crew Activity:
 Received instruction from ROO WSC to commence rig down the equipment.
 OT crew held a TBT with all crew members for flushing and rig down.
 - Continue R/D and move to next well
