1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
1.1 HS&E INCIDENTS:
 There were zero HSE incidents during this intervention.

1.2 OBJECTIVE:
The program aims to improve the injectivity of Dammam wells by stimulating the open hole
using an HCl acid system to dissolve and bypass any damage present.

1.3 INTERVENTION OUTCOME:

 30-Mar-24:
- The Permit to Work (PTW) was printed out, and the team is waiting for the OAA to isolate the well. They
also started spotting the EQU , CT unit , Flow back requirements .

- Continued rigging up and conducted the weekly pressure test for BOP (LP 300- HP 5000 Psi) along with the
Pull Test CT Connector (16 K).
- Completed BOP and Pull tests, confirming all systems are in good condition and ready for operations.
 31-Mar-24:

Pressure Testing and Well Status:

- Executed pressure tests for all equipment ( Inlet FB line, DS, US, SSV) for 5 minutes each, following
the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

Open the well

- A series of operations occurred in sequence: the well was opened with specific pressures for TBG Shit, A,
and Ann B; conduct a Pre-injectivity test after holding a TBT session with the crew, followed by opening the
well, recording shut-in pressures, performing the Pre-job Injectivity test at specific rates and pressures,
completing the test successfully, and initiating CT (coiled tubing) RIH operations to tag the HUD with
pumping Brine at specific depths while ensuring proper CT handling procedures were followed. CT was
tagged at 815 meters HUD, raised by 1meter, and flagged before repeating the process.
Following these steps, pumping of brine and a 10% Mud Solvent (MS) mixture commenced once the nozzle
start stage was reached. Pumping was stopped after completion, and the CT was pulled out of the hole to
the surface at a maximum rate of 2.3 bpm. Subsequently, the CT was held to allow for soaking time before
starting the injectivity test. After the completion of the injectivity test, CT was run in the hole to 1 meter
above the HUD depth (814 meters) with brine pumped at a minimum rate. Once the CT reached the target

depth, acid (15% Hydrochloride Acid + 10% Mutual Solvent) was pumped to pass through the depth
interval.The pumping of acid was completed, followed by displacing the acid with brine at 1.5 times the CT
volume. The process involved maintaining specific parameters such as a maximum pumping rate of 2.3
bpm, a total volume of 250 barrels, TBG at 93 psi, A Ann at 64 psi, and a maximum circulating pressure of
4880 psi. Finally, the CT was pulled out of the hole, brought to the surface, and left to soak before further
operations. Finally preform post-injecttivity test.

 OT crew held a TBT with all crew members for flushing and rig down.
