This way to the suite room/standard room, you will stay at the 7th floor, this way to the elevator. By the way
Miss Smith the hotel also provides travelers and guest with a well-equipped fitness center and outdoor pool and
swimming time starts at 6 in the morning until 10 in the evening.
Butler: (Knock 3x) Room Check (repeat 3x) (opens door wide & stays on the side and Let the guest come in first.)
Welcome to your suite/standard room. Please come in and have a sit. Where would you like me to place your luggage?
Guest: Just place it on top of my bed.
Butler: If you don’t mind Miss Smith, would like me to introduce the features of your room?

hot and cold adjustment, bath tub and complete bathroom amenities. Then outside is your cabinet with 6 hangers. Is

the items according to kind, size and color) I am done Miss Smith, is there anything else would you like me to do?
Guest: Yes, can you polish my shoes?
Butler: ok Miss Smith, I will be back soon, I’ll get some shoe polish
Guest: Ok

Guest: Come in
Butler: Good morning/afternoon Miss Smith, can I have you shoes? Which part of the shoes do you want me to polish?
Guest: The dusty part.
Butler: I will deliver you polished shoe Miss Smith, where do you want me to put this?
Guest: beside the cabinet

Guest: Please pack my things for I have to leave early for my flight today.
Butler: Yes Miss Smith. (Packed the luggage – all buttons close, folded neatly and arranged dark colored items placed at
bottom and, light colored items on top). I’m done packing the luggage Miss Smith and you have 10 items in your bag.
Will you be leaving now Miss Smith?
Guest: Yes, I’m ready to leave
Butler: Can you wait for a while Miss Smith, I will just check if you left something. I have checked and nothing is left Miss
Smith. I’ll help you carry the luggage outside. This way to the front desk.
