1. Mục đích/ Purpose

Mục đích chính là chuẩn hóa quy trình sản xuất phốt pho mangan thành phẩm đảm bảo quy trình

và chất lượng sản phẩm của công ty.

The main purpose is to standardize the finished manganese phosphating production process to
ensure the process and quality of products of the company.

Quy định này quy định các yêu cầu và quy trình sản xuất mangan phosphat của công ty.
This instruction applies to the specifications of the manganese phosphating production process
and the requirements of the company.

5. Chuẩn bị trước khi thao tác phốt phát mangan/ Preparation before
manganese
phosphating operation

5.1 Kiểm tra molde sản phẩm, thông số kỹ thuật, số lượng, số đơn đặt hàng và các thông tin khác
của sản phẩm mangan phosphat.
Check the model, specification, quantity, order number, and other information of manganese
phosphating products.

5.2 Kiểm tra xem dây chuyền sản xuất có bình thường không, dây điện trong dây có còn nguyên
vẹn không, dụng cụ có chính xác và nhạy hay không; lập biên bản sản xuất.
Check whether the production line is normal, the electric wire in the lines is intact, and whether
the instruments are accurate and sensitive; prepare the production record sheet.

6. Kiểm định phốt phát mangan/ Manganese phosphate testing

6.1 Giải pháp kiểm tra/ Solution Testing

Hàng ngày trước khi sản xuất, kiểm tra và xác nhận các thông số tính năng của dung dịch.
Thay nước sạch trong bể làm sạch cứ sau 100 sản phẩm được xử lý.
Before daily production, conduct testing to confirm the performance parameters of each
solution. Change the cleaning tank water after processing every 100 pieces of product.

6.1.1 Phương pháp xác định hàm lượng kiềm tự do/ Free alkali content measurement method
a) Dùng ống hút lấy 5ml dung dịch trong bể tẩy dầu cho vào cốc thủy tinh.
Use a pipette to transfer 5 ml of the degreasing tank solution to a beaker.

b) Cho 5 giọt thuốc thử phenolphtalein vào cốc (lúc này chất lỏng chuyển sang màu hồng).
Add 5 drops of phenolphthalein reagent to the beaker (the liquid will turn pink color).

c) Pha loãng dung dịch H2SO4 (0.1N) đến vạch định mức bằng burette axit, vừa nhỏ vào
cốc vừa lắc đều cho đến khi chuyển thành không màu thì dừng lại.
Dilution of the (0.1N) H2SO4 solution was measured with an acid burette and shaken until
it became colorless.

D) Đọc trị số của dung dịch H2SO4 đã tiêu hao, số ml dung dịch H2SO4 đã dùng là số điểm
của kiềm tự do F.Al (biểu thị bằng pt). F. Al: 24-29 pt
Read the value of the H2SO4 solution consumed, the number of milliliters of the H2SO4

6.1.2 Phương pháp xác định tổng hàm lượng axit/ Methods for determination of total
acid content.
a) Dùng ống hút lấy 10ml dung dịch trong bể phốt phát cho vào cốc thủy tinh.
Use a pipette to remove 10 ml of the solution from the phosphating tank into a beaker.

b) Cho 5 giọt thuốc thử phenolphthalein vào cốc

Add 5 drops of phenolphthalein reagent to the beaker.

c) Pha loãng dung dịch NaOH (0.1N) đến vạch định mức bằng burette kiềm, vừa nhỏ vào
cốc vừa lắc đều cho đến khi chuyển thành màu hồng nhạt thì dừng lại.
Dilution of the (0.1 N) NaOH solution was measured with an acid burette and shaken
until it turned light pink, then stopped.

d) Đọc trị số của dung dịch NaOH đã tiêu hao, số ml dung dịch NaOH đã
dùng chính là số điểm của tổng axit tự do T.A (biểu thị bằng pt). TA: 56-96pt.
Read the value of the NaOH solution consumed, and the number of milliliters of the
NaOH the solution used is the point count for acid T.A (expressed in pt). TA: 56-96pt.

6.1.3 Phương pháp xác định hàm lượng axit tự/ Free acid content measurement method.
a) Dùng ống hút lấy 10ml dung dịch trong bể phốt phát cho vào cốc thủy tinh.
Use a pipette to remove 10 ml of the solution from the phosphating tank into a beaker.

b) Thêm 5 giọt thuốc thử xanh bromophenol vào cốc (lúc này chất lỏng chuyển sang màu
vàng)
Add 5 drops of bromophenol reagent to the beaker (at this time the liquid turns yellow).

c) Nhỏ từng giọt dung dịch NaOH (0,1N) vào cốc, đến khi chuyển màu xanh tím thì dừng
lại.
The trickle of (0.1 N) NaOH solution into a beaker until it turns blue-purple and then
stops.

e) Đọc trị số của dung dịch NaOH đã tiêu hao, số ml dung dịch NaOH đã
dùng chính là số điểm của tổng axit tự do F.A (biểu thị bằng pt). TA: 56-96pt.

NaOH the solution used is the point count for acid T.A (expressed in pt). F.A: 5-15 pt.

6.2 Kiểm tra chất lượng phốt phát: mỗi đơn hàng kiểm tra một lần, gửi đi kiểm định 6 tháng một
lần để đảm bảo chất lượng phốt phát (xem kế hoạch chất lượng để biết phương pháp thao
tác cụ thể)
Manganese phosphating quality testing: Test once per batch order and send for inspection
every 6 months to ensure the quality of phosphating (refer to the quality plan for specific
operating procedures)

7. Lưu trữ/ Record saving

Sau khi kết thúc phốt phát mangan, làm tốt công tác lưu giữ ghi chép sản xuất và ghi chép
thử nghiệm.
After the manganese phosphating process is completed, ensure the proper storage of production
records and test records
