System precision is determined by running six injections of a caffeine solution at the same
concentration and injection volume. The standard deviation of the retention time and the %RSD
for Area and Height will be measured and should be minimal in a well-functioning system.
The %RSD of the area and height gives the injection precision, and the standard deviation
of the retention time is the system precision. System precision is a good indicator of many
factors including pump flow rate precision, solvent proportioning precision and temperature
precision.

The qualification passes if the Area %RSD is < or = to 1.0 and the Height %RSD is < or = 1.5,
and the Retention Time SD is < or = to 1.0.
