4. የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ሰርተፊኬት (TIN number),(አመልካች ከ ባለቤቱ ጋር እንዲሁም ንብረት አሲያዥካለ ከ
ባለቤቱ ጋር)፤
5. የማህበሩ የመመስረቻና መተዳደርያ ጹሑፍ
6. የታደሰ መታወቂያ የቀበሌ/የድርጅት እንዳስፈላጊነቱ (የአመልካቹ እና የባለቤቱ እንዲሁም ንብረት አስያዥ ካለ
ከባለቤቱ ጋራ)
7. የጋብቻ ምስክር ወረቀት በሚመለከተው የመንግስት አካል የተመዘገበ፤
8. ከማነኛውም ግብር ዕዳ ነፃ ስለመሆናቸው የሚያሳይ ማስረጃ (አመልካች ከባለቤቱ ጋር እንዲሁም ንብረት
አሲያዥ ካለ ከባለቤቱ ጋር)፤
9. የዘመኑ የአፈር ግብር የተገበረበት ደረሰኝ (ለዋስትና ለሚቀርቡ ቤቶች ወይም ድርጅቶች)፤
10. የታደሰ የብቃት ማረጋገጫ ሰርተፊኬት ፤
11. ለዋስትና የሚያዙ ንብረቶች የባለቤትነት ማረጋገጫ ሰነድ (ቤት ከሆነ ካርታ እንዲሁም በሊዝ የተገኘ ከሆነ
ዋናውን የሊዝ ውልና የሊዝ ክፍያ ደረሰኝ ፣መኪና ከሆነ ሊብሬ ፣ማሽን ከሆነ የግዚ ደረሰኝ (performa invoice) ፤
12. የመብራት፤የስልክ እንዲሁም የውሃ ደረሰኞች (አዲስ ተበዳሪ ከሆነ/ች) ፤
13. በባለሞያ የተዘጋጀ ዝርዝር የንግድ ስራ ዕቅድ (business plan) ፤
14. በአግባቡ የተሞላ በባንኩ የተዘጋጀ የብድር መጠየቅያ ቅፅ (Customer Application Form) ፤
15. ተበዳሪው ለሚበደረው ብድርና ለሚያሲዘው የንብረት ዋስትና ውክልና ከ ሶስተኛ ወገን የሚቀበል ከሆነ ዉክልናው
የተሟላ ሆኖ መቅረብ አለበት ::
16. የሶስት ዓመት በተመሰከረለት የሒሳብ አዋቂ የተዘጋጀ የሒሳብ መዝገብ (audited financial statement by
authorized auditor) እና ከሰኔ 30፣2013 እስከ ጥር 30፣2014 provisional financial sttaement
17. አመልካቹ ወይንም ዋስትና ሰጪው አካል በማነኛውም ባንክ በስሙ ተመዝግቦ የሚገኝ ብድር ካለ ባንኩ መረጃ
እንዲያገኝ አመልካቹና ዋስትና ሰጪው ፍቃደኝነታቸውን በፅሑፍ መግለፅ ይኖርባቸዋል:

For nearly 30 years, the Ethiopian Investment Commission (EIC), an autonomous government
institution with the mandate of investment promotion and regulation, has serviced over 5,000 foreign
direct investments in the country. Since its establishment in 1994, the EIC has been an active,
dedicated and specialized promoter of Ethiopia and its strategic investment opportunities in Ethiopia.
As such, it has responded quickly to the needs of both new and existing investors. Working under the
Ethiopian Investment Board (which is chaired by the Prime Minister of Ethiopia), the EIC has been at
the forefront of creating a conducive investment environment for FDIs. Our active support for the
improvement of the country’s business environment and our commitment to an ambitious reform
agenda have helped make Ethiopia one of the top five investment destinations in Africa, and the top
in East Africa. In 2021, we were able to attract over $4.1 billion in FDI in various priority sectors
including agriculture, manufacturing, mining, tourism and hospitality. In 2021, the EIC was awarded
the Gold Award of the WAIPA-World Bank’s ‘Strengthening IPA Advocacy Services’ global competition
for its relentless endeavor to reform the investment regime in the country. The EIC had previously
received the 2018 AIM Investment Award, the 2017 United Nations Award, and the Global ‘Star
Reformer’ Award from the World Bank Group in 2017 for its continued outstanding performance in
investment promotion, FDI attraction and advocacy work.

Ethiopian Investment Board

Composed of high-ranking government officials and ministers, the Ethiopian Investment Board (EIB),
chaired by the Prime Minister of FDRE, is the highest authority that governs investments in Ethiopia.
The EIB sets the investment policy of the country, provides organizational direction to EIC and serve as

an investment dispute resolution body.
