SCHOOL-BASED MATHEMATICS ABSTRACT PAINTING CONTEST

OBJECTIVES

1. To encourage and develop the creativity and artistic talents among the students of QNHS.

2. To provide an opportunity for the exposure of artists at a young age.

3. To raise awareness and appreciation of the Shoreliners for the arts, and;

4. To recognize the artistic excellence of Shoreliners.

MECHANICS

1. A group consisting of three (3) artists will be selected from all sections of Grade 7-12.

2. The theme of the artwork should be related to Mathematics.

3. Each group is required to bring own painting materials.

4. They are allowed to use any materials for their artwork.

5. All artworks should be the original artistic creation of the participating artists.

6. The contestants are not allowed to bring finished artwork because the contest will be held at
QNHS on the given date and time.

7. Artworks will be displayed on selected areas inside the QNHS campus.

JUDGING CRITERIA

Our judging criteria are designed to evaluate artworks comprehensively, ensuring a fair and
insightful assessment.

Artwork will be judged based on:
