The Bids and Awards meeting started at 9:00 in the morning with everybody present
and BAC Chairman Hon. Ben Gandecila declared the presence of quorum. Invocation was given
by Hon. Gildred Catherine Galvan.

Only one bidder was arrived during the schedule of bidding. Since no other bidders
interested the BAC members approved that RICHMART ENTERPRISES was the supplier of the
DOLE Pangkabuhayan Project.

Since RICHMART ENTERPRISES presented the complete documents the bidding box was
open at 9:05 in the morning.

There being no other matters to tackle the BAC meeting adjourned at exactly 9:20 a.m.
on motion of Hon. Floyd Vivero which was seconded by Hon. Erna Gania. None objected.
Carried.
