-Their focus is on growing themselves i order to inspire
others to grow.
5. Transformational Leader- most influencial of the five types of leaders and
are highly respected. -They are well known for developing leaders.

1. Autocratic Leadership - does not consult with others before making
decisions. - reach into decisions -
confusing to deal with: one day, they are friendly, funny
2. Democratic Leadership- subordintes are involved in making decisions.
3. Strategic Leadership- care about the success of the whole more than they
