STREAM OF CONSCIOUSNESS

To be Yourself and live into your fullest potential, you must know Yourself.
This concept is at the core of the transformational embodiment coaching
process.

One proven practice for getting to know Yourself more deeply is writing,
and specifically stream of consciousness writing. Stream of consciousness
writing is a technique to free the mind of its normal restrictions, clearing the
way to transmit intuitive messages from a higher consciousness.

Stream of consciousness is the practice we will use in this workbook to


explore the miracle that is You through a series of questions.

For each question, take a minute to breathe deeply and slowly repeat the
question to yourself with your eyes closed. If you like using imagery, you can
visualize a bright light coming in through the top of your head you as you
inhale and spreading that light to envelop your body as you exhale.

When you’re ready, you simply open your eyes and put pen to paper
and write words as they go through your mind. Allow for ‘mistakes’
and ‘nonsense’. Continue flowing without pausing until you’ve put
everything onto paper. Note that you can do this on the computer, but the
recommendation for the full benefits of the practice is to write by hand.
