My comments:
Good job. You identified all the steps, and you wrote some of them in
passive voice.

- Firstly, the charm is drawn.

- The stones are carefully collected.

- Gold and silver are cast.

- There is no subject. You should write The charm as a subject.
E.g.: The charm is cut and sent to quality control.

- It is not in passive voice. To make it passive, you must write the

object of the sentence (edges) at the beginning.
E.g.: The edges are smoothed/ground.

- Same as before.
E.g.: Gold details are added.

- There’s stone set each stone is set by hand.
