rod-like part placed on the inside of
the machine that is attached to the
wheel and helps to promote
movement.

It is used to lift or move heavy


objects.It reduces the friction involved
in moving an object, making the object
easier to transport.

If we carry loads in arms then we


might feel burdened as compared to
carrying a load on the cart moving on
the wheels.
