Teachers should used an individual monitoring plan in

strategies given has shown. By providing intervention
strategies for certain period, it serves as the document that
will show of the learning competencies, significant progress
or vice versa. The particular learner received an intervention
from me by the means of home visitation and also I gave
them a task or activity different aligned to target
competency.

We tend to face difficulty in teaching process. As


ANNOTATION a teacher, I need to be flexible at all time. Three of my
students in Computer System Servicing Subject asked
that they will get their modules through online for
their valid reason. As their subject teacher, I was able
to send their modules through in fb messenger. Also,
they send their answer with same manner of
communication.

As a teachers, lesson plan is the backbone of

vital step towards creating a complete curriculum. It
dives deeper into details to make sure that you provide

time. As pandemic arises, the learning should never

I participated in different trainings/ webinars to

Learning Delivery Modality Course 2 made me


realize that all things that I have doing as an
educator should always need to be documented
properly.
LDM2 course helps me in many ways. It
improve my readiness for the implementation and
management of learning delivery modalities
consistent with policies and COVID19 responses
framework adopted by the government. It also helps
me to realize the value of organizing and collecting
data on time for the online reports.
In preparing my portfolio, I reflect on the
changes in the education system made by pandemic.
We had a lot new experiences this year in terms in
education system. We can share our struggles and
growth in overcoming our fears over how and why of
the new normal education. Our portfolio is a living
and changing collection of records that reflect our
accomplishments, skills, experiences and attributes.
It highlights and showcases samples of some of
our best works, along with best practices. The
personal information that we are incorporate into
our portfolio can reflect on our self, to parents,
students and colleagues.
Modular Distance Learning opens door of
opportunity for us to be more engaged, creative and
experiment on our teaching ability.
This pandemic help us to realize the value of
education in everyone’s life. That no matter how
hard the circumstances we still need to focus on
thinking as a teacher.

ANNOTATION In my reflective summary, it is an in-depth


reflection about my personal experiences in
implementing the LDM.
