OBJECTIVES
This proposal aims to promote environmentalism towards the
community through conduct a tree planting project and cleanup drive
project at Brgy. Mambog, Oton, Iloilo while observing
environmental sustainability, conservation, and protection.
OBJECTIVES
Specifically, this proposal aims to achieve the following goals:

•To conduct a tree planting program event at the community

promoting environmentalism while observing environmental
sustainability, conservation, and protection.

•To conduct a cleanup drive project at the community dam

promoting environmentalism while observing environmental
sustainability, conservation, and protection
SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY
The result of the study aims to help the following:

People of the Community. If proven to be effective, this would

encourage people to practice various environmental concerning habits
especially tree planting and the conservation of the community’s
cleanliness.

The Environment. This will allow help save and restore the state of
our planet.

Future Manuscript. The outcome of this proposal will serve as basis

and guide for future related studies.
THEORETICAL/CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK
This paper is anchored upon the overall tree planting project to be
done by the organizers at Brgy. Mambog Oton The sapling that were
planted will be closely monitored for 4 weeks to ensure that the
planted saps will grow and will be able to grow properly after the
tree planting project has ended. A close observation upon the overall
conservation and preservation of the place will be strictly observed
by the organizers and participants of the said tree planting project.

The paper is also anchored upon the cleanup drive project to be done
by the organizers at Brgy. Mambog, Oton dam. A regular cleanup
project will be done by the organizers while closely ensuring the
promotion of cleanliness and preservation of the place.
THEORETICAL/CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK
a.) Funding Source
Funding will be secured by the organizers from sponsors, the
LGU, local environmental groups and advocates, and the organizers
themselves.

b.) Responsibilities
The organizers take responsibility of the organizing of the project
from the beginning till the end of the project from obtaining the saps
to be used for the tree planting project and the garbage to be
collected from the cleanup drive event will be sorted by the
organizers themselves with the help of the LGU’s.
MONITORING AND EVALUATION
The said project is going to be monitored by the organizers along
with the instructor and project adviser of the said project. Across the
duration of the said project, a report will be written by all the
involved parties upon what where done during the engagement, notes
upon how to make the event better, notes upon how to elevate and
increase efficiency of the engagement during the next engagement,
and survey sheets will be distributed to the participants of the
seminars that is to be conducted by the organizers.
EVALUATION
Evaluation will be done by the instructor and the project adviser
as the weekly evaluation of the project and a final evaluation will be
done after the duration of the project. The evaluation papers will
contain a worded report along with a survey form indicating
questions and statements upon the status, and progress of the project.
SUSTAINABILITY PLAN
The said project will allow the following:

1) The conduct of tree planting activity with the goal of planting

250 saplings to be planted at the end of the project.

2) The close monitoring of the planted saplings to ensure that the

planted saplings are to grow properly even after the tree planting
program has ended .

3) The conduct of cleanup drive at the Brgy. Mambog, Oton, Iloilo.

4) The close monitoring of the cleanup drive and the creation of

data allowing the analysis of types of garbage that are commonly
found which will allow to create a sustainability plan for the
place.
