DEFINITION OF TERMS
• Job Order - is a contract executed between the owner
commonly referred as “Walter Mart Shopping Center
Management, Inc.” and a General Contractor. The work
includes but not limited to maintenance, repair and rehabilitation
of Civil, Structural and Architectural works.
