economic development in recent years. This has culminated in
China’s joining the ranks of industrialized nations.

này. Nền kinh tế đất nước cúng tiếp tục được tự do hóa và quốc tế hóa. Trong
những năm tới, chúng ta sẽ thấy có nhiều sự cạnh tranh hơn giữa các ngành
công nghiệp ưong nước và ở các nước khác trên thế giới. Điều này sẽ khiến
cho đất nước càng kiên trì hơn và vứng chắc hơn khi gặp phải những thách
thức lớn hơn.

Meanwhile, as all of these things are happening, we would like to further
diversify and expand our markets in Europe and Japan, and thus lessen our
dependence on the American market. W e have to be vigilant against the
protectionist policies of our major trading partner, though, for trade is the
lifeline of the country's economic well-being.
