Issue Details/Description– SDB2- ST8 staircase conduit on

the wall

Solution provided:- Our walls are going to remain exposed.

Who gave the permission to chisel the walls and put the
conduits. Conduits were supposed to be concealed one within
concrete and to be laid before concereting work.

Root Cause (Why this issue is raised) - Supervision and workmanship issues. No
respect to design intent being given while construction work. We are doing 2nd tower
now. Still no improvement seen.

not casted properly. Not in straight line. At few location the
edges are broken.
Solution provided:- Proper care should be taken while
shuttering and deshuttering work. All the edges should be
perfect.

Issue Details/Description– SDB2- ST10 staircase- Lot of

undualations in the deshuttered surface of staircase wall

Solution provided:- The concrete has lot of undualations due

to improper formwork. Since this is going to be exposed
finish, need methodology from team, how the same will be
rectified to acieve the design intent.

Issue Details/Description– TATA wall near welcome block is

going to be exposed finish. Lot of granite has been placed
around it.

Solution provided:- Please remove the same immediately

which may damage the finish of the concrete.

Issue Details/Description– Masonry work is not acceptable.

Jpints were not proper.

Solution provided:- Was asked to demolish the same and redo

the same. For this site team has redone the work after
demolishing.
