Belanca preruiti u drugi odgovarajui sud i mutiti mikserom 7-10 minuta. Ako elite da napravite puslice u boji, dodajte boju
po elji minut pre kraja.

Sipajte smesu u poslastiarsku kesu sa odgovarajuim zvezdastim nastavkom. Ako elite da vam budu kao moje, koristite
veliki Wilton nastavak tip 133.

Puslice istiskivati na pleh koji smo prethodno pokrili papirom za peenje. Preko puslica moete staviti eer u boji, seckane
lenike, orahe....Pei u zagrejanoj rerni na 100 C 60 minuta, ali je bitno da rerna bude odkrinuta 2-3 cm. Nakon tog
vremena, iskljuiti rernu, puslice ostavite unutra, a rernu otvorite za jo 2-3 cm i ostavite da se skroz ohlade. Poto je meni
prava puslica ona koja je spolja suva, a unutra ima malo za "vakanje" :D suim ih sat vremena, a ako vi volite skroz da budu
suve, produite jo desetak minuta.

Homemade meringues
Add the egg whites and the sugar into a bowl, place the bowl above a saucepan with boiling water and mix until the sugar
melts, for 3 to 4 minutes.
Pour the mixture into a different bowl and mix using a mixer for about 7 to 10 minutes. If you want to make colorful
meringues, you can add the coloring in the end.
Pour the mixture into a piping bag with a star-like add-on.
Push the meringues onto a tin which you have previously lined with baking paper. You can decorate the meringues with
colored sugar, chopped walnuts, hazelnutsBake in a preheated oven at 100 degrees for an hour, but leave the oven door
open at about 2-3 cm. After an hour, turn off the oven and leave the meringues inside, but open the door a little bit more so
that they can cool down.
