There is no waiting for the dough to rise, in any step, so you can make them very quickly. The empty ones are best when sprinkled with cumin and sea salt, and the ones with hot dogs you can sprinkle with sesame seeds over the glaze or just leave them with the egg wash. Bake them at 210 degrees Celsius (no fan) around 15 to 20 minutes, then turn down the oven to 160 and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes
