Appendix 5: Group Reflection

In this marketing plan we experienced different difficulties that make our group more
united and motivated. Starting in thinking ideas and products to propose, doing
prototypes and innovating products to make it more unique. We just not see this thing as a
completion to pass but as our career and passion. As entrepreneur students, we take this
opportunity as a turning point in our career development.

In conducting a survey, we faced different people and different approach. Some of

the member experienced hard time in surveying because some of the respondents didn’t
want to be interviewed or they don’t want to answer the questions that we have, because
it is not easy to get their attention, but most of them are kind enough to entertain us and
give some information about themselves. But we may say that we have a good experience
in conducting survey. We explained what are products is and we told them the reason why
we are conducting a survey is to let our company know if our product is acceptable in the

market. Most of our respondents said that they want to buy. For us, those words make us
experience we learned to listen to other people suggestions, opinions, and other ideas that
may help in improving our product in our marketing plan.

This course teach us to be patients not only in developing product or making

marketing plan but also in each member, be patient to understand each other. The journey
that we chose to take is not easy, but because of our hard work, teamwork and dedication
to do it is the reason why we are here now. We know, we still have along way before we
reach our goals, and this is just the beginning of our sufferings but we know that we’re
conquer it. As long as we helped each other as a group and be united all of this will make
easier.

We realized that we really need to work as a group in order for us to finish the tasks
that we’re given to us. We need to help each other and also we need time management
because we only have limited time to do the tasks. Indeed, the whole experience on
surveys and all taught us to be more resourceful as an effective entrepreneur.
